Our annual Advent Tea is an opportunity for women of all ages to gather together for an afternoon of Christian fellowship and reflection as we quiet our hearts for a season of preparation. Our Advent Tea will provide encouragement and resources to commit to a season focused on Jesus, rather than the busyness that often occurs leading up to Christmas. 

Our Advent Tea will be on Saturday, Dec 4th, at 3pm. Gather with fellow OSL ladies (of all ages) and guests for an elegant afternoon of fellowship, tea and treats as we seek to quiet our hearts and prepare for the Advent Season. Tickets are free, (donations welcomed to support event, but not necessary), but please sign up in the Fellowship Hall to reserve your spot and help us plan accordingly. 

This year, we are focusing on the Advent candle wreath and the meaningful ways that it helps us focus on Christ’s coming. If you have an Advent wreath or calendar that you’d like to display (just for the tea), please see Karen H., Kristi A., or Renee K.. 

Do you enjoy hospitality? The Advent Tea committee is decorating for the event this year and asking for help in providing delicious treats for this special event. Please see the display in the Fellowship Hall to sign up to bring desserts or snacks to accompany the tea.
